About Mi Subscription

MiCare provides individuals, families, and businesses with immediate and personal access to doctors and other healthcare providers remotely for acute and urgent medical needs.
If you have a MiCare subscription, you can text, call, email, or video call your doctor anytime you need medical advice for short term medical issues. You can also set up video or phone visits for same day or into the next week.
We are available 24 hours a day. But we only respond to REAL emergencies overnight. Therefore, If you need us between 9pm and 7AM, you will need to call us directly. We will only respond to text, emails, messaging, etc between 7AM and 9PM.

MiCare provides remote medical services for acute and urgent issues.
We do not provide in-person visits. We do not provide medical care for chronic or complex issues. We do not refill your chronic medications. If you contact us and we determine your medical issue requires more care than we can provide remotely, we will give you advice, and recommend you seek care at an ER or an Urgent care that can provide more complex medical services.

We at MiCare strive to provide the best remote care possible. We want to be available every time you need us. We strive to respond to your emails, texts, and calls right away. However, we provide care for a lot of people. This means it may take 15-30 minutes or even longer to respond to your needs. Please be patient and kind to our providers and staff.
If our doctors are not able to treat you remotely and recommend you seek more complex medical care, it is because we are concerned for your health and know that we can not treat you well enough remotely. This means your condition is serious and needs more medical care than we can provide.
